Perform disk-cleanup
Disk cleanup removes all unnecessary thing from your computer like Temporary files, thumbnail cache, and many other thing which you don't need.
To perform disk cleanup.

• Open My Computer.
• Right click the drive (C:, D:...) on which you have to perform disk cleanup.
• Select Properties
• There click Disk cleanup.
• Click OK.
• You are done.
